Guided Walking in Scotland

Scotland has some of the most stunning and diverse scenery in the world. Its atmospheric mountains are steeped in the history of years gone by. The wildlife is abundant from mountain stags to the ever elusive otters. There are wild flowers and plants that are found nowhere else in the world. To get the best from Scotland you have to get out of the cities and leave the roads. To experience Scotland at its best you have to get out there, get out in to its hills, mountains and lochs. We offer a number of hilwalking experiences to suit all levels whether you're an avid rambler or keen Munro bagger we can adapt our guided walking to suit your needs.

Scotland's mountains may not be high but because of their geological location they can be quite demanding. Many raise from sea level to above 3000ft. you can experience all 4 seasons in the same day and it is not unheard of to have snow showers in the height of summer. Unlike other European mountain ranges Scotland's climate is unpredictable and can change quickly.

If you're a beginner or are looking for something more adventurous we offer guided hill walking for all abilities be it Munro bagging (climbing all the Scottish mountains over 3000 ft) or finding an isolated Corbet (Scottish mountain between 2500 and 2999 with at least 500 ft of ascent all around) we will guide you on your day out on the hill. You will be introduced the history, wildlife and plant life of the area you will be walking in.

Scotland's hills are steeped in history and all have their own character. The hills mentioned here are only a guide and it sometimes makes for a better day on the hills if you get off the beaten track.
