At CA First Aid we specialise in adapting our first aid courses to suit your requirements. We have provided courses for a number of local authorities and businesses including Glasgow Culture and Sport North Lanarkshire and Dumfries and Galloway councils. We looked at the environments their staff where working in and covered the most likely first aid injuries they would come across. We then took them into those environments for scenario based first aid training. If you are a local authority large or small business or an individual who is looking to update your first aid training in Scotland we have something for you. All our instructors train full time and are trained to a very high standard with real life practical first aid experience they are either active members of Mountain Rescue Teams outdoor instructors or offshore Medics.

Emergency First Aid at Work 1 Day (HSE approved course)
This course is ideal for smaller workplaces that present few health and safety risks.
First aid at work 3 Day (HSE approved course)
This course covers the practical skills needed by a first aider in the modern workplace. The course will give you the confidence and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies.
Introduction to outdoor First Aid 1 day
Suitable for those with little experience of first aid. This is ideal for beginners and is also ideal for the home and workplace alike. Our 1 day course will cover basic first aid and life support.
Emergency Outdoor First Aid 2 days
Suitable for those who want to improve their skills and knowledge beyond the basics. This course is designed for outdoor instructors such as Mountain Leaders SPA Trail Cycle Leaders or other NGB awards or people who are involved with sports such as horse riding, football, rugby, gymnastics or people whose activities dictate that they have more than basic first aid awareness. The course will be classroom based with practical scenarios.
