Conditions of Booking
Bookings are confirmed when we receive your booking form and deposit.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the activity/ course fee is required
for each person. Cheques should be made payable to Stewart
Richardson. The balance of the fee is due 28 days before the activity
or course commences and is non-refundable. It is an accepted fact that
outdoor pursuits are by nature hazardous pastimes. With this in mind
Caledonian Adventures will ensure that all reasonable steps and
measures are put in place to reduce this risk as much as possible.
Clients must agree to abide by, and comply with, all the instructions
and decisions of the instructor. Caledonian Adventures reserve the
right to alter outings and routes if weather and conditions dictate. It
is suggested that clients arrange personal insurance cover for
cancellation, accidents and equipment loss.
Any losses or damage to Caledonian Adventures equipment caused by the
client must be paid in full before departure. If you have to cancel
your holiday or course we must be notified in writing as soon as
possible. If for any reason Caledonian Adventures have to cancel an
activity or course, an alternative will be offered or a full refund
given.
